My Practice

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 2026

We want everyone to be able to book and manage appointments easily, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic headings and landmarks, and a "skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
  • Focus is moved to the main content on every page change so screen readers announce it.
  • The site works with a keyboard alone and is responsive down to small screens.
  • We use readable text sizes and aim for sufficient colour contrast.

Known limitations

Some third-party components (for example the payment and map widgets) are provided by external services and their accessibility is partly outside our control. We keep these under review.

Getting help

If you have any difficulty booking online, the practice will be glad to help you book by phone or email instead — please use the contact details shown on their page.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, please let the practice know so we can put it right.
